Bank of Ireland UK is delighted to announce it will open a new branch at 1 Donegall Square South, to be known as City Hall Branch. The new branch will open its doors in Spring 2012 and will operate as a full service branch offering a comprehensive suite of banking services for personal and business customers.

Bank of Ireland UK is delighted to announce it will open a new branch at 1 Donegall Square South, to be known as City Hall Branch.  The new branch will open its doors in Spring 2012 and will operate as a full service branch offering a comprehensive suite of banking services for personal and business customers.

The new branch will be strategically located on a prominent corner site at 1 Donegall Square South – a great location with high visibility and foot fall. The new premises incorporates the latest retail design and customer service standards.  Under the new design principles, customer service areas dominate the floor space and include a modern self service section, fast cash technology system and discreet financial advice consultancies.  Staff will be highly visible and accessible in the open plan design ensuring financial advice and information will always be readily available.

Speaking about the new City Hall Branch, Bernard Rooney, Head of Branches, Bank of Ireland UK said, “We are excited to make this announcement. City Hall Branch will provide a state of the art banking environment for customers and is ideally located in the centre of Belfast to support both business and personal customers in this vibrant part of the city.  The appointment of Leigh Curran as our new Branch Manager will further strengthen our customer franchise given his experience and understanding of financial services in both the local and global marketplace.  We look forward to opening our doors in the spring and welcoming new customers to our modern, open plan branch with our highly trained staff ready to meet the needs of each customer.”
